Who is this for?

This is for you if you do not want HRT.
 

It’s also for you if you’re on HRT and it’s not doing enough, or if you’re on HRT and are preparing to come off it.

 

If you’re wanting to prepare for, or prevent symptoms of perimenopause, then you’ll benefit too.

How is it delivered?

It’s delivered through a pop-up Facebook group.

 

There will be four, 30 minute teach and learn sessions - all delivered LIVE, and available in the Facebook group to watch back later. 

 

These sessions will take place on 13th, 14th, 15th and 22nd May at 11.30-12.00pm  

If I take HRT, can I still join?

Yes. HRT is not always the panacea we’re seeking, so many women also want to know how to look after themselves with food and lifestyle.

 

The natural solutions we’ll be covering in this programme do not interact with prescribed medication.

If I’m already eating healthily and taking supplements, will this still work for me?

Yes. Eating 'Hormone-Smart for perimenopause', is very different to just eating healthily.

How long do we get access to the materials and recording?

The trainings are recorded, so you can dip in and out as suits you.
